The Vision
Located within Dallas’s Trinity Green district, adjacent to the restaurant-driven energy of Trinity Groves, The Austin was conceived as one of the first residential communities to help transform a former industrial edge of the city into a walkable urban neighborhood. The project connects residents to downtown Dallas, the Trinity River corridor, and a growing network of parks, trails, and public spaces.
A zero-edge pool, pool house, fitness center, and outdoor gathering spaces create a community centered on social connection and outdoor living, while expansive views of the Dallas skyline reinforce the building’s connection to its urban setting. The result is a residential experience that helped establish Trinity Green as a place where city life, recreation, and community converge.
