The Vision

Set at the edge of Deep Ellum, this 26-story tower draws from the neighborhood’s industrial warehouse heritage and enduring music culture. The interiors unfold as an extension of the surrounding streetscape, layered with graffitied ceilings, a commissioned mural honoring Deep Ellum icons, and a guitar fret-inspired elevator lobby.

The building’s defining 70-degree angle is carried throughout the interior architecture, creating a cohesive spatial language that reinforces the tower’s distinct identity. The result is a residential experience that feels both rooted in Deep Ellum and unmistakably individual.
