Located in Houston’s River Oaks neighborhood, The Ivy builds upon the architectural foundation established by The James while elevating the residential experience through a more grand and formal expression. Anchored by a stately motor court and a dramatic arrival sequence, the building evokes the elegance of old-world hotels and private residences, creating a sense of occasion from the moment residents arrive. Its classic façade and refined material palette draw inspiration from the timeless character of River Oaks while introducing a new level of sophistication to the neighborhood.

Conceived as a residential retreat within one of Houston’s most prestigious districts, The Ivy layers hospitality-inspired amenities, curated social spaces, and expansive outdoor environments into a cohesive living experience. By pairing a strong sense of arrival with contemporary luxury and neighborhood connectivity, the project helped define the next generation of multifamily living in River Oaks.
