The Vision
The Linden is a lakefront residential community within Viridian, a 2,000-acre master planned development centered around lakes, trails, and open space in Arlington, Texas. The project reinterprets West Coast and mountain lake craftsman architecture through layered gabled forms, textured materials, and a contemporary residential scale that strengthens the connection between architecture and landscape. The building is organized around a central lawn and pool terrace that extends toward the lake, with coworking lounges, library spaces, fitness amenities, and gathering areas designed to blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors.
Multifamily residences and townhomes are integrated into a cohesive neighborhood environment, where private stoops, front yards, and attached garages reinforce a more residential approach to rental living.
