The Vision
Reimagined within a 30-story I.M. Pei & Partners-designed tower, this adaptive-reuse community brings residential life to a Downtown Dallas landmark. By layering renovated office space below with sky-level residences above, the project gives new purpose to an iconic urban building, pairing historic modernist character with elevated amenities, skyline views, and direct access to the cultural, business, and transit energy of the city.
