The Vision
Located within Fort Worth’s Clearfork district along the Trinity River, The Kelton was conceived as part of a new model for connected, mixed-use living. The community links residents to The Shops at Clearfork, Trinity Trails, dining, retail, and open space, positioning the building as an extension of the larger urban fabric. Balancing the sophistication of an urban address with Fort Worth’s outdoor lifestyle, The Kelton combines apartments, lofts, townhomes, rooftop terraces, and wellness-focused amenities to create a layered residential experience.
